Short on decent content. Whats even worse is the inconsistencies with the service. Activating an Apple TV is like pulling teeth and then a week later you have to do the whole process over again. Technical glitches everywhere, the service feels like it was set up as a high school project. Hoping the service improves over time because there is potential, until then not worth the subscription.

This is frustrating...enjoy the movies on here but a standard is very blurry Dont want to use Hd because uses up so much data Netflix beats this company in that factor alone.

App always crashes and shows an error message. Always buffering. Just a useless app.

Yo shomi, stop blaming my internet connection and fix your app. My suggestion, spend some time on the Netflix app and see how its done.

This is a very "buggy" app. Titles will frequently freeze while playing. The audio keeps going but the video freezes. Also, closed captioning will appear when playing through an Apple TV device and theres no way to turn it off. This app really needs fixing.

IT NEVER WORKS!! Every time I open the app and choose a show to watch I get an error or am required to sign out. I think I have successfully watched a show 3 times? Super frustrating!!!

LOVE that Shomi has Transparent and State of Affairs. Kids section is decent. App and website work very well for me on Mac and iOS

Could you please update the app for bigger screened devices? The interface is not optimized for big screens at all. (6s Plus user here)

App is terrible. I cant get redirected properly or sign in.

This app is useless when it comes to adding shows to shaw wish list. It works sometimes and then the button disappears and you cant do it anymore. FIX IT PLEASE!!

Updated this app and now it super slow to open and load. Very frustrating! This needs to be looked after and fixed.

I cant seem to sign in with my Rogers info and keeps asking me to use the link then wont let me use it or send me back to the app, waste of time

The worst video app Ive ever used.

Not as good as Netflix but

While Shomi has a great TV & Movie lineup, its falling behind in everything else. The app layout is very similar to Netflix, however there is no "autoplay" functionality. So if youre binge-watching anything, you have to hit play after every episode. I use Google Chomecast and the app is not formatted well for TVs. The image does not format to your screen size, so youre left with a lot of blank space unused. If youre looking for a great app, stick to Netflix for the time being.

While the line up of movies and shows are great I can almost never seem to access them as the app takes up lots of Internet, and with 6 people on their phones it is not ideal if you actually want to watch a show. Slower than molasses
