Cant log in. Error message says Im not subscribed but I am. Please fix this.

The show offering was so disappointing and it kept freezing up, so I dropped it before my free trial was over. I just couldnt stand it anymore.

1 likes to freeze frame during movies and keep playing audio is fine but the frame wont refresh 2 the app does not auto or manually rotate on tablets and everything is so big you feel like a retard or small 5 year old navigating their system 3 they have this 1X 2X thing at the bottom right of the screen... What the heck is that for I mean who would want to super shrink there movie or tv show 4there an extra black border Around the movie and shows and a purple line at the bottom of the screen Pros 1 navigating is easy and setup for random browsing is really nice 2having sub genres and other items right there is nice improvement 3 I like the available content 4 clicking and holding allows instant access to hidden commands like trailer info reviews etc very nice touch Overall Make the app auto rotate Decrease size of images and add in more Remove secondary border and that 1x 2x unless someone can point out what its for Find and fix the freeze frame random And youll be neck and neck with netflix

Optimize the screen

1. Poor & insufficient content - content is old, doesnt update much, not nearly as good as Netflix 2. Poor quality - constantly stops & buffers, which never happens with Netflix or other streaming TV 3. Poor programming - you cant see the "shomiLater" list on the AppleTV. Thats just silly.

Quite possibly the worst app ever. Reinstalled over ten times, locks up, cant add movies to wish list, absolute garbage.

Do not give them payment information. I cancelled months ago and they are still billing me. Their horrific customer service people keep telling me I didnt cancel properly. So clicking cancel subscription under your account info is not sufficient. Do not join this service.

Really works bad! Have to delete and reinstall 3 times in 1 day!

I used to be able to watch sons of anarchy with n subtitles but now for some reason I cant get subtitles off & Ive tried everything. Fix or Ill cancel my subscription!! I cant have subtitles on all of my shows! I have an iPod.

I dont understand why people are saying this is horrible its AMAZING! They just dont know how to use this app

3 major things that need to change in app: 1- there has to be autoplay for tv shows or series 2- the app is too sensitive, sometimes i scroll down and it shows the menu 3- when i cast videos on my chromecast, the subtitles dont show at all.

Worst app Ive ever seen. Ive reinstalled it about 10 times. Always buffers and horrible quality. Unsubscribing ASAP!!!!!

The app works fine, as long as you dont have any other online devices near the one youre using. But watching on the tv is horrible, buffers every few seconds, itll freeze and then the sound will keep going but the picture wont. And its not us, we changed our wifi and everything and it was still just as bad, if not worse. We even brought the resolution down because we thought it was too high. More people need to complain and get this thing shut down.

Takes forever to load, most days its not worth waiting for it. Needs to work harder to be more like Netflix.

God this app is so laggy and slow with their menus. Its hard to even get to choose a show you want to watch. Get it more efficient ASAP !

I have shomi on my PS4 and it works just fine but on mobile it is just awful. Cant handle a playing a show without buffering within 10 seconds. It is constantly telling me my internet is bad but my internet is good and I have no problems with connection issues with any other app. Fix this now! So frustrating.

Not voiceover compatible, rendering it useless to the large group of blind Canadian Apple users.

App is ridiculously glitchy. Still hasnt gotten an updated resolution for the iPhone 6/6+. Content stops playing 15-20 minutes in and gives back an error. AirPlay controls very glitchy, unusable most times. Content is dated, selection small. Dont waste your money subscribing to this service.

I can barely ever use this shomi app on my iPad or iPhone. It is always buffering even when I am directly in front of my internet box. Netflix loads seamlessly and has a way better interface.This is only another cash grap by Rogers to monopolize content for Canadians. Netflix will always be superior!

Horrible UI. Constant outages. No improvements ever. Goodbye crave.
